This week's Droid app of the week is the NFL android app. To all my football peeps out there if there ever was an app to get this is it. This app gives you the latest info on your favorite team and across the league. You also get video and team and player status updates. Now get ready for this. Recently the NFL app was updated and you can pick 9 players for fantasy tracking. Also, unbelievable, you can watch the NFL Network live and streaming on 3G coverage. Just added with the update is now they will air selected NBC football games. I'm not sure if they'll blackout local games though, but they may. Another thing you can do if you are out running errands is they'll have the radio broadcast of your favorite team. As a Pats fan and football nut this is an ultimate NFL fan app. Gadgety goodness at its best.
