This week was a busy week on our farm. We went to a nearby farm because they had a free all you can pick tomato fest. Well we ended up getting over 100 pounds of tomatoes. Between my wife and kids we were hard at work canning sauce and making salsa. Whew what a job that was. We ended up doing a lot. We got it almost done thanks to the wife. We're looking good for the winter. This was a good growing year, so there was an abundance of vegetables in the area. This is good news for us. Too bad our goats stopped milking. Sad to see the yummy cheese making done for the season. Well hopefully this trend continues and we can plant more vegetables than we did.
